I started as a journalist, travelling abroad for about ten years, working for magazines. During these trips, the camera discreetly took the place of the pen. Today, I photograph what is eaten and what is drunk.
I publish reports on people who produce what others cook, and also on people who cook what others produce, in books or magazines (mainly Flavours, Regal and Cuisine Actuelle). In the studio, I keep the ways of reporting and an old familiarity with natural light that sometimes needs a little help.
