"In 2019, I'm taking my CAP (vocational training certificate) in cooking because I want to make BEAUTIFUL & GOOD food and in 2020, I'm confirming my choices by taking a vegetarian cooking course at the Ferrandi school in Paris. I acquired professional techniques and found new inspirations which naturally led me to create my own company: De/Saison - Cuisine Unique in Nantes.
